UUFSD’s annual STEAM Fair is a day of hands-on STEAM activities, including robotics demonstrations, liquid nitrogen ice cream, a live animal show, a nature scavenger hunt, fun games, Pre-Nursing student demonstrations, and a Lasermania Spectacular!

Uniondale’s April 2026 trip to Japan was the adventure of a lifetime. Students had the opportunity to experience a perfect mix of ancient traditions and modern city life while touring Japan’s most iconic destinations including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Mt. Fuji, and Nara.

During February recess, Principal Dr. Brown and students traveled to Accra, Ghana. Travelers were immersed in Ghanaian culture, history, and daily life. This experience left a lasting impact on our scholars! We are dedicated to ensuring our students are "global-ready"!
